In 2020, I joined the Global Business Marketing team at Facebook as a Senior Content Strategist to help deepen engagement with the Facebook for Business audience across social media. My role was to ideate and introduce new franchises as well as tell stories that educate, inspire and celebrate small businesses around the world.

I developed a content strategy focused on how Facebook services can grow and improve business, in particular small businesses that have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The main goal was to help these businesses recover and restart over the next 6-9 months by showcasing the tools and resources Facebook had built for them to keep going and growing.

I creatively led the content development of their main franchises Tips, Tutorials, and Spotlight. I also curated inspirational stories of how other businesses have used Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger tools successfully.

In partnership with the Creative Shop team, I introduced our Creative Tips series, which encouraged small businesses to create best-in-class content that stands out and connects with their customers and followers.

In addition to leading the creative strategy of their always-on content, I headed @facebookforbusiness content strategy to amplify global brand campaigns and virtual experiences, such as Buy Black Friday, Summer of Support, and Season of Support.
